At approximately 12:30 AM Eastern Time on the 2nd, United Launch Alliance's "Atlas V" rocket carrying 29 satellites was launched from the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. United Launch Alliance later confirmed that the satellites were deployed into low Earth orbit as planned.Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite project, originally named "Project Kuiper," is a satellite broadband network initiative under Amazon, aiming to provide fast and reliable internet services to users by deploying thousands of satellites in low Earth orbit.
