Goldman Sachs: Investors are reducing holdings in large tech companies
Odaily reported that Goldman Sachs stated investors are reducing their exposure to the "Magnificent Seven", turning instead to beneficiaries of artificial intelligence, such as semiconductor companies, rather than those ultra-large cloud computing providers that finance massive AI expenditures.
Goldman Sachs believes the market is rewarding companies that generate returns from investments in artificial intelligence, while questioning those companies that bear the costs. Until ultra-large cloud computing providers show stronger profit growth, a cautious attitude toward large tech firms may continue.
