The Ministry of Science and ICT of South Korea is discussing using incremental tax revenue to purchase approximately 10,000 NVIDIA Vera Rubin GPU modules and recruit AI talent. In order to compete with global models, the Ministry of Science and ICT is considering allocating around 10,000 GPUs to a single team to build cutting-edge AI models, instead of dividing the resources among multiple R&D institutions.
