SemiAnalysis: NVIDIA Kyber NVL144 delayed for over 12 months, release date postponed to 2028
Odaily reported that SemiAnalysis stated on X that just three months after Jensen demonstrated Kyber NVL144 at GTC, the product has faced significant setbacks and will be delayed by more than 12 months, with its release date postponed to 2028. NVIDIA's NVL72x2 back-to-back rack architecture has also been cancelled, restricting the expansion domain of Rubin Ultra.
