Golden Ten Data reported on July 6 that, according to Yahua Group, its Zimbabwe KMC company is now advancing its lithium sulfate deep processing project at full speed. The total investment for this project is about $200 million, and it includes a smelting plant and a sulfuric acid plant. The project is designed to process 350,000 tons of lithium concentrate annually, with an annual lithium sulfate output of 75,000 tons, and is scheduled to begin operations in 2027. Additionally, KMC company is simultaneously constructing a tin-niobium-tantalum separation project to achieve comprehensive recovery of mineral resources.
