Ming-Chi Kuo says the chance of TSMC providing a major update for GCS/CoPoS in July may be low.

Golden Ten Data reported on July 7 that TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo stated on social media that, based on past experience, TSMC is unlikely to provide significant updates on Glass Core Substrate (GCS)/CoPoS at its upcoming July earnings call, especially since it just shared key R&D results and unusually mentioned its cooperative suppliers at a seminar in Japan in June. If this assumption is correct, then the chances of receiving major GCS updates from the subsequent August earnings calls of Innolux and Ibiden will also be relatively low.
