Vana acquires Memory team, upgraded application now available for Beta testing

Foresight News reports that the decentralized data network Vana has announced the acquisition of the Base ecosystem open data protocol team, Memory Protocol. The head of Memory, Jack Spallone, has joined Vana and is leading the integration of related technologies. The specific acquisition price was not disclosed. At the same time, the upgraded version of the Vana application has launched its Beta testing. This upgrade provides users with a personal data server deployed on their local devices, controlled entirely by the users themselves. It can connect to information such as Spotify listening records, Oura sleep data, calendars, and cross-platform conversations. All data is stored locally rather than on platform servers, and users can independently grant or revoke third-party applications' access permissions.
