FuboTV appoints former Disney streaming executive Alisa Bowen as CEO

Glonghui July 10｜FuboTV announced the appointment of former Disney streaming executive Alisa Bowen as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 10. Upon approval by the Fubo board of directors, Bowen is also expected to become a board member. Bowen served in leadership positions at Disney for nearly a decade and was one of the founding members of the Disney streaming leadership team, responsible for driving the global strategy, operational development, and large-scale business expansion of Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. In October 2025, Disney will acquire a majority stake in Fubo and merge it with Hulu + Live TV, thereby obtaining 70% ownership of the combined company.
