Bitcoin mining company Cango to consolidate shares at a 10:1 ratio on July 20
Foresight News reports that the NYSE-listed Bitcoin mining company Cango (CANG) will merge its Class A and Class B common shares at a 10:1 ratio at 5 p.m. Eastern Time on July 20, meaning every 10 shares will be combined into 1 share. After the merger, the company’s Class A common shares are expected to continue trading on the NYSE under the code "CANG" with a new CUSIP number starting from market open on July 21.
