Since 2025, the cumulative number of permanently cancelled warrants by the company has risen to approximately 49.9 million units. This move aims to further optimize the company's capital structure. Meanwhile, the company has optimized and adjusted the delivery structure of its financing transaction completed in July 2025. The core objective of this strategic initiative is to accelerate the process for previously committed investment funds to be in place, thereby providing more timely and sufficient liquidity support for the company's operations and strategic advancement.
