Tether reserve address transfers 4 BTC to a certain exchange

The BTC address used by Tether for reserves transferred 4 BTC, worth 250 thousand US dollars, to an exchange 5 hours ago. This address previously transferred 204.3 BTC to an exchange a month ago, when the BTC price was 70 thousand US dollars. Since the end of the second quarter this year, there have been no new BTC inflows recorded in this reserve address. (Yujin)
