The first on-site test of sequential methanol transportation via a finished oil long-distance pipeline in China was carried out in Gansu and Shaanxi provinces. After a comprehensive pipeline adaptability assessment and safety upgrades at two stations, a total of 1,000 cubic meters of fuel methanol was transported in two batches through an active finished oil pipeline from Gansu Province to a storage depot within Shaanxi Province, ensuring a fully sealed and controllable operation throughout the process.
