On July 12, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the approximately 90-hectare Jiayi Science Park Phase II Base. Jiake Phase II will be led by TSMC, aiming to establish an industrial cluster with "advanced packaging" as its core. It is revealed that, in addition to the ongoing construction of Phase II, Jiayi Science Park will also have a third and fourth plant, with further expansion plans in the future.```
