BlockSec: BarnBridge suspected of governance attack, losses estimated at around $776,000

Foresight News reports that, according to BlockSec monitoring, the Ethereum DeFi protocol BarnBridge SMART Yield (cUSDC) appears to have suffered a governance attack. The attacker took control of DAO permissions, upgraded a malicious contract, and stole user authorizations, resulting in a loss of approximately 776 thousand US dollars.
