Golden Ten Data July 16th|7-Eleven's parent company, Seven & i Holdings, is in talks to invest in Żabka Group, Poland’s largest convenience store operator, in order to accelerate its expansion in the European market. Reportedly, Seven & i is considering acquiring a double-digit percentage stake in the group, with the total investment expected to reach several hundred billion yen. Currently, compared to its main markets in Japan and the United States, Seven & i's growth in Europe has been relatively sluggish. If the deal is completed, Poland will become the company's fourth market in Europe after Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
