According to Odaily, the research director of Galaxy posted on X that the court has scheduled a hearing for September 8 at 14:30 to review the requests for Bitcoin Policy to intervene as a defendant and for Digital Chamber to join as amicus curiae in the Noah Doe case. The case involves Noah Doe attempting to claim legal ownership of dormant coins, including those held by Satoshi Nakamoto.
