A suspected BIP 110 consensus vulnerability may cause a Bitcoin node fork
According to ChainCatcher, Bitcoin News posted on platform X stating that Dathon Pwn claims to have discovered a BIP 110 late upgrade consensus bug, which may allow nodes updated from old software to retain chain history, while newly deployed BIP 110 nodes would reject this history, potentially causing a hidden chain split.
