Foresight News reports that the London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has allotted 703,160 ordinary shares according to the terms of its subscription agreement. The total proceeds from this allotment of subscription shares amount to £207,227 (before expenses), which is approximately £0.295 per share. The company will receive about 98.25% of the proceeds as settlement. The remaining balance of ordinary shares not yet allotted under the subscription agreement is 47,449,230 shares.
