⑴ On Tuesday, the Turkish Ministry of Finance conducted a reopening auction for fixed-rate bonds maturing on March 15, 2028, with the winning yield at approximately 41.99%. ⑵ The auction raised a net funding of about 25.11 billion lira; additionally, there were non-competitive bids of about 6 billion lira from primary dealers and an issuance of about 3.4 billion lira to state institutions. In total, the three items indicate a certain allocation demand in the market for this maturity.
