Golden Ten Data, July 22 — Data released on Wednesday shows that despite concerns about the Iran war and economic uncertainty, the pace of pay deals among UK employers remained stable in the three months to June. The Bank of England is expected to study these figures. According to HR data company Brightmine, the median pay rise offered by employers held steady at 3.3% in the three months to the end of June, matching the increase in the previous three rolling quarters. "Although the overall outlook for 2027 remains uncertain, the significant stability shown so far this year suggests that, despite broader economic challenges, organizations are still seeking more sustainable pay positioning," said Sheila Attwood, Senior Content Manager at Brightmine.
