Bloomberg ETF analyst: Some 2x leveraged ETFs tracking stocks have dropped more than 50%, and more products are expected to be terminated
According to Odaily, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas posted on X that the current data on all stocks tracked by 2x leveraged ETFs show that drawdowns of over 50% continue to occur. Therefore, he expects that other products like LCDL will also be terminated, but this may happen at intervals unless a black swan event occurs. Additionally, the groups using these products are unlikely to care.
