Galaxy Digital plans to raise approximately $3.5 billion through its first junk bond issuance to fund data center projects related to CoreWeave. The group is marketing the bonds at a yield of around 9%, with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs responsible for the issuance, which is expected to be priced on Thursday.
