According to PRNewswire, Nasdaq-listed Canton Strategic Holdings has completed the sale of its biotechnology research and development division Gravitas Life Sciences. The buyer is Gravitas Collective Corp, and the transaction was completed on July 17, 2026. The company will now focus on digitalization of financial markets and asset tokenization for Canton Network.
