According to ChainCatcher and Business Insider, during the one-year period ending June 30, 2026, Alphabet’s total number of employees increased from 187,103 to 198,933 , a net increase of 11,830 . In Q2 2026 alone, the company added more than 4,000 employees, accounting for more than one third of the net increase over the past year — marking the largest single-quarter increase in recent years. During the same period, the company’s revenue reached $119.8 billion , up 24% year-over-year.
