SK Hynix, Samsung Electronics, and SK Square were the main heavyweight stocks dragging the market down. Foreign investors continued selling Kospi component stocks, while retail investors bought against the trend, and domestic funds also sold simultaneously. The small-cap Kosdaq index dropped by up to 3%. The performance of the South Korean stock market was weaker than the MSCI Asia-Pacific index, which had a maximum drop of 1.1%.```
