The Indian government has ordered the ban of Bitchat. Bitchat is an offline Bluetooth mesh network application that supports Bitcoin transactions and encrypted message transmission. Currently, protesters from the Cockroach Janta Party in Delhi are using this mesh network tool to communicate during internet outages.
