Baird Doubles AMD Price Target to $1,250, Maintains 'Outperform' Rating
BlockBeats News, July 24th, Baird maintains AMD's "Outperform" rating and raises the price target from $625 to $1250, a 100% increase. This adjustment mainly reflects strong growth expectations for AMD's AI GPU and AI CPU platforms.
Baird assumes in its forecast model that AMD's AI GPU market share will reach 15%, and expects its 2030 AI GPU revenue to reach $147 billion. AMD previously projected that by 2030, the data center AI accelerator market size will reach $1.4 trillion, and the data center CPU market size will reach $220 billion.
AMD's Helios rack-level solution has entered full-scale production, and the Helios 500 has also been unveiled ahead of schedule. Baird has significantly raised its price target based on its preliminary earnings per share forecast for AMD in 2030.
