According to Odaily, a Fox Business crypto reporter posted on the X platform that one of the key law enforcement groups involved in negotiations for the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act, the National Fraternal Order of Police, now supports the latest version of the Clarity Act. They stated that the revised BRCA language addressed their previous concerns and preserved law enforcement's ability to investigate crypto crimes. In the version of the bill released on Wednesday, the BRCA provisions remained unchanged, so it is unclear what changes the group was referring to.
