US CFTC: Prediction market companies must provide more specific information when submitting event contracts
ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has informed prediction market companies that they often exceed regulatory boundaries when establishing a large number of event contracts.
CFTC warned that the agency needs more specific information in order to assess contract submissions on a case-by-case basis.
