The new draft of the CLARITY Act has been officially released, introducing ethical clauses for the first time.
BlockBeats reported that on July 27, the new draft of the CLARITY Act was officially released. This draft merges the versions from both the Senate Banking Committee and the Agriculture Committee and, for the first time, includes ethical provisions. The voting process is expected to begin this Monday or Tuesday, with a formal vote possibly taking place during the week of August 3 at the earliest.
