Bloomberg ETF analyst says Degen traders are buying low and selling high with TQQQ
Odaily reports that Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas posted on the X platform, stating that Degen traders treat TQQQ as an ATM, consistently buying low to generate inflows and selling high to generate outflows, breaking the "dumb money" label. If TQQQ were a casino, they might be banned for winning too much. SOXL and other similar products exhibit this phenomenon as well, which helps explain the popularity of these products.
