According to Zhitong Finance APP, D-Wave Quantum (QBTS.US), a leading U.S. quantum computing company specializing in quantum annealing and "quantum-classical hybrid optimization," saw its share price surge as much as 13% in U.S. pre-market trading on Monday. Previously, the company announced a new cooperation agreement with AT&T (T.US), one of the three major U.S. telecom operators, to expand the telecom giant's use of its quantum computing technology in high-speed network technology optimization. However, the announcement did not disclose the contract amount or duration.
