Golden Ten Data, July 28 — South Korea's benchmark stock index Kospi fell over 6%, as chip stocks followed the decline of U.S. chip manufacturers in the previous trading session. Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and SK Square were the biggest drags on the index, each dropping at least 6%. Both domestic and foreign funds saw net selling of Kospi index stocks, while retail investors were net buyers.
