Hyperliquid SKHX dropped 17.9% this morning, and the four-hour liquidation amount exceeded that of a certain exchange.
According to Odaily, on-chain analyst Ai Yi posted on X that Hyperliquid SKHX fell by 17.9% this morning, with the four-hour liquidation amount exceeding that of a certain exchange. The incident was triggered at 7:00 a.m. when SK Hynix Korea recorded an abnormal order during NXT pre-market trading, selling 1 share at 1,272,000 KRW, approximately $867 USD. Due to poor liquidity, the price dropped by 30%, which then triggered a trading halt. Hyperliquid's price followed suit and dropped as the Oracle updated, and a certain exchange's price also fell due to arbitrage, but prices have now returned to normal.
