Automatic Data Processing said its revenue and earnings should keep rising in fiscal 2027 after its latest completed quarter saw growth in both its employer services and human resources outsourcing businesses.

The payroll and workplace-administration company said it expects revenue to rise 5% to 6% in the year ahead, which would come out to roughly $23 billion to $23.2 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet had been projecting $23.19 billion.

Adjusted earnings are set to rise 9% to 11%, landing somewhere between $12.12 to $12.34 a share. Analysts had been forecasting $12.20 a share.

For the final quarter of fiscal 2026 that ended June 30, ADP posted a profit of $978.6 million, or $2.45 a share. That's up from $910.6 million, or $2.23 a share, in the same quarter a year earlier.

Stripping out one-time items, adjusted earnings were $2.64 a share. Analysts had been expecting $2.59 a share.

Revenue rose 7% to $5.47 billion, ahead of analyst views for $5.43 billion.
