CoreWeave reportedly improves terms on $2.6 billion loan to address debt concerns

Glonghui, July 30|According to Bloomberg, CoreWeave has improved the terms on a loan valued at 2.6 billion USD, which aims to provide additional computing power support for enterprises including Anthropic. It is reported that the pricing discussion range has been widened by as much as 1.25 percentage points, with the maximum reaching 5.5 percentage points above the benchmark interest rate. The report noted that the cost of providing five-year default protection for CoreWeave's debt has risen by more than 50% this month, reaching its highest level since December last year.
