```htmlGlonhui July 30|Japanese aerospace company ispace and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries announced on July 29 they have signed a transportation services contract, under which the “H3” rocket will be used to launch the new lunar lander “ULTRA” scheduled to carry out a moon landing mission in 2028. ispace previously used American rockets to launch lunar landers, attempting moon landings in 2023 and 2025, but both attempts failed. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, together with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), jointly developed the H3 rocket.```
