Shell's Q2 revenue rises 44.7% year-on-year, launches $3 billion share buyback program

Golden Ten Data July 30|Shell announced its second quarter results: revenue increased by 44.7% year-on-year to $94.66 billion, lower than the market expectation of $108.24 billion; adjusted earnings per share were $1.76, also below the market expectation of $1.42. Operating cash flow (CFFO) was strong, reaching $21.4 billion. Shell has launched a new round of $3 billion share buybacks. The 2026 capital expenditure outlook remains unchanged, expected to be between $24 billion and $26 billion.
