US Stocks Movements | Fortinet up 10.6% pre-market as Q2 results beat expectations and full-year outlook is raised

Glonghui, July 30 — Fortinet (FTNT.US) rose 10.6% pre-market to $169.51. According to reports, Fortinet's second-quarter revenue reached $2.05 billion, an increase of 26% year-on-year, surpassing Wall Street’s consensus estimate of $1.89 billion. Among this, product revenue was $773 million, a 52% year-on-year increase. Adjusted diluted earnings per share were $0.82, higher than market expectations of $0.75. Fortinet raised its full-year performance outlook, now expecting revenue to be between $8.02 billion and $8.18 billion, and earnings per share to be between $3.41 and $3.47, both higher than the market expectations of $7.81 billion and $3.16.
