The investment will be used for equity investments in domestic and international semiconductor start-ups to foster technological and business collaborations.Among these, Samsung Electronics and Samsung Venture Investment will contribute 505 billion KRW to join the newly established technology business investment portfolio SVIC 82, with Samsung Venture Investment contributing 5 billion KRW. This portfolio is expected to join next month, has a lifespan of 13 years, and investments will be paid in installments as projects occur.Samsung Electronics and Samsung Venture Investment will also contribute 303 billion KRW to join the new technology business investment portfolio SVIC 83, with Samsung Venture Investment contributing 3 billion KRW. This portfolio is intended for future technology exploration and to strengthen business competitiveness in the DX Department, has a lifespan of 10 years, and investments will be paid in installments as projects occur.```
