  • Golden Ten Data, July 30 | ING (ING.US) rose nearly 3% pre-market, mainly benefiting from its just-released second-quarter financial report, which exceeded expectations across the board, and an upwards revision to its full-year performance guidance. The company reported a net profit of 1.95 billion euros, up 16% year-on-year, beating the market expectation of 1.88 billion euros. Net interest income reached 4.13 billion euros, up 16.7% year-on-year, reflecting strong performance in its core lending business. Fee and commission income totaled 1.28 billion euros, up 14% year-on-year, indicating the significant effectiveness of its business diversification strategy. Based on this quarter’s strong performance, management has raised its full-year performance target, with total revenue guidance for 2026 increased to over 24.5 billion euros.
