Glonhui July 30|AX COIN, the regulated digital currency issuer under Huaying Group (Nasdaq: AXG), announced today a historic milestone: its digital currency framework AXBHD and related supporting documents have successfully completed a formal Sharia review. This achievement makes AXBHD the first central-bank regulated digital currency to receive such certification. The review was independently conducted by Shariyah Review Bureau W.L.L., an Islamic Sharia advisory and auditing firm licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain. Through this collaboration, the Shariyah Review Bureau examined the issuance mechanism, reserve investment framework, governance arrangements, and revenue model of the digital currency to ensure the product operates in accordance with recognized Islamic financial principles. The partnership has also established an ongoing Sharia governance framework to support AX COIN in expanding its regulated digital currency portfolio.
