Reuters2026/07/29 21:02- Constellation Acquisition Corp I drew USD 5,000 from an unsecured promissory note with Constellation Sponsor LP.
- Funds were deposited into the trust account to extend the business-combination deadline to Aug. 29, 2026 from July 29, 2026.
- Borrowing is the sixth of up to 11 one-month extensions permitted under the company’s governing documents.
- Note is non-interest-bearing, matures at closing of the initial business combination.
- If no deal closes, repayment is limited to cash held outside the trust account, if any.
