- Total assets rose 5.74% to $742.92 million, while loans slipped 1.18% to $503.87 million.
- Deposits climbed 6.74% to $655.95 million, while net interest margin widened 0.11 percentage point from Q1 to 3.62%.
- Non-performing loans eased to 2.32% of loans from 2.55% at Dec. 31, while shareholders’ equity increased 10.89% to $70.17 million.
- Board declared a $0.26-per-share cash dividend, payable Aug. 28; CEO Jimmy Olevson said the ODNB merger is targeted to close in Q4 2026.
