- Early settlement, expected July 28, did not occur because certain conditions were not satisfied or waived; no New Notes due 2032 issued.
- Exchange offer still expires at 5 p.m. New York time on Aug. 11; final settlement remains expected Aug. 13.
- Early tenders and consents remain valid and generally irrevocable; accrued interest will be adjusted to the actual settlement date.
