- Cash more than doubled to CAD 3.9 million at March 31, 2026, from CAD 925,927 a year earlier.
- Total assets climbed to CAD 7.84 million from CAD 4.08 million; shareholders’ equity rose to CAD 7.42 million from CAD 3.68 million.
- Raised about CAD 4.76 million in private placements during the year, including an upsized CAD 3.8 million financing and a flow-through offering.
- Advanced Sierra Plata in Mexico toward a maiden drill program; CEO Thomas Lamb cited cash, working capital, drill permitting, and a strengthened board.
