- Net mortgage investments rose 2.68% to CAD 1.14 billion year over year; the weighted average interest rate eased to 7.6% from 8.6%.
- Stage 3 mortgage investments, net of expected credit losses, fell about CAD 28.1 million in the quarter; management flagged strong origination momentum into 2H 2026.
