- Issued 141,392 new Class A shares to eligible shareholders.
- Issued 543 “Prestito Obbligazionario Convertibile ABC Company - 3% 2026-2030, salvo Operazione Rilevante” bonds, nominal value EUR 1,000 each; total EUR 543,000.
- Issued 70,696 new Class B shares.
