Telefônica Brasil announces shareholder meeting
Reuters2026/07/29 21:57- Telefônica Brasil will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on July 31, 2026, in São Paulo.
- Shareholders will vote on appointing PwC as the independent appraiser for the valuation report tied to the planned Fibrasil incorporation.
- The meeting will also consider the valuation report, the merger protocol, the incorporation of Fibrasil effective Aug. 1, 2026, and related implementation authority.
- A separate resolution will ratify the election of an independent member of the board.
