AGI board forms strategic review committee to evaluate options
Reuters2026/07/29 22:38- Ag Growth International’s board has formed a Strategic Review Committee to run a formal review of strategic alternatives.
- The committee will be led by independent director Gary Anderson, with George Armoyan and Mick MacBean also serving.
- Separately, the company is targeting more than $30 million in annualized cost savings, with most of the reductions described as structural.
- It also expects at least $20 million of proceeds from sales of unused facilities and assets in H2 2026, alongside a low-capex U.S. facility consolidation.
